Memories of Lisa Cherchio
Lisa Anne Cherchio born December 26, 1963 and passed away on August 25th, 1984, beloved daughter of Ms. Linda L. Alderson,of South Carolina and Philip F. Cherchio, of Florida. Surviving are her brother Matthew Cherchio of Westmere, NY and Amy Cherchio Conner of Albany, NY. Grandparents: Harley and Mildred Alderson of Ravena, NY and Phil and Helen Cherchio.
Lisa didn't get the chance to have a life, but she loved life and she loved music and dancing and her friends. Lisa was a teacher in her own way, although she never knew it.
She loved her baby brother Matthew so much and on her last Christmas she asked me not to forget that when we come back from Florida, that I would take her to see him. He was very important to her.Somehow I think she knew that she would be going home. This is probably the hardest thing a mother has to go through, but she was a gift and this precious gift was taken back, because the Lord has other things planned for her.
She is missed deeply and I hope that if she is looking down us or where ever heaven is, that she doesn't get too disappointed in me her MOM. I miss her so much, but I have come to to think of her as away, and that we will be together again. For all that she was, for all that she gave, her memory will never be forgotten.
"God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow or sun without rain. But God did promise strength for day, comfort for the tears and a light for the way, And for all who believe in His kingdom above, He answers with their faith with everlasting love."

You'll Always Be Very Near And Dear To Me"
